Veja na **Figura 1** a tela onde centralizamos nossas interfaces de atendimento. São as áreas de trabalho dos atendentes propriamente ditas. A página mostra os **canais de atendimento disponíveis** no Workspaces. Cada botão representa um tipo de canal e exibe seu status atual:

* **Digital**
* **Ticket**&#x20;
* **Presencial**&#x20;
* **QA**
