In the Menu Power you access the submenus of features related to virtual agents, generative AI, automation of business routines and measurement of site access across different channels.
The features available in the Figure 1 are:
Chatbot - where you access all features related to the creation, maintenance and management of the virtual agents created on the platform.
GenAI - where you access the creation area for tato's Generative AI.
WebApps - where you create public access pages and apps for specific solutions, integrating features directly into the service platform.
Workflows - where you access our area for creating automated flows for functional routines within the platform, building solutions even without technical knowledge.
Pulse - where you track accesses, clicks and other metrics, from a configured monitoring of your site on tato, to measure user performance and interaction.
