In the Menu **Power** you access the submenus of the features related to virtual agents, generative AI, business process automation, and website access measurement across the most diverse channels.

The features available in **Figure 1** are:

[**Chatbot**](/tato-docs-en/platform/power/chatbot.md) - where you access all the features related to creating, maintaining, and managing the virtual agents created on the platform.

**GenAI** - where you access tato's Generative AI creation area.

**WebApps** - where you create publicly accessible pages and applications for specific solutions, integrating features directly into the service platform.

**Workflows** - where you access our area for creating automated flows for functional routines within the platform, building solutions even without technical knowledge.

**Pulse** - where you track access, clicks, and other metrics, based on configured monitoring of your website in tato, to measure performance and user interaction.

**Survey** - where you customize your own survey or poll, to send it via link once it's ready.

[**Tab** ](/tato-docs-en/platform/power/tab.md)- where you create data tabulations to be filled in, either required or optional, in digital or in-person service interactions or in the ticket service center.
