Identify potential platform issues quickly!

To identify potential drops in service level, helping to correct possible issues, go to Settings / Diagnostics.

Most common errors in Diagnostics

Critical messages in:

  1. Digital Service Websocket Message,

  2. In-Person Service Kiosk Websocket,

  3. Chatbot Websocket Message and

  4. Virtual Room Socket.

They may indicate that the workstation that performed the diagnosis is unable to reach our services over the network.

In that case, contact the IT team and check the Internet connection. If possible, test access using another connection method, such as 5G.

If that doesn't work and the network is outside your company, try restarting the router.
