This screen allows you to manage the addresses used by the platform for sending communications, such as ticket responses and notifications.
Outgoing Email List
The listing displays the email configured, the provider associated, the status of active and the actions available for editing or deletion.

The initial screen shows the list of registered emails, organized into the following columns:
Email
Provider
Active
Action
Edit
Delete.
The deletion of information in the Ticket Settings fields, such as the outbound email, can affect other ticket functionalities, such as sending messages via inbox. Check more details by clicking here.

To add the email the user must select the type of provider that will be used to send messages. Available options include external providers such as Gmail and Microsoft, as well as the platform's internal providers.
Select Type Gmail

When selecting in the Type field the provider Gmail:
In the field Email, enter the Gmail address that will be used to send messages.
In the field App Password, enter the app password generated in Google.
If you do not yet have an app password, click Tutorial and follow the instructions provided by Google to generate the credential.
Select Type Microsoft

When selecting in the Type field the provider Microsoft:
In the field Email, enter the email address associated with the Microsoft account.
In the field Tenant ID, enter the Tenant ID of the Azure account.
In the field Client ID, enter the Client ID of the application registered in Azure.
In the field Secret, enter the Client Secret generated for the application.
In the field Password, enter the password of the configured email, if applicable.
If you have doubts about locating the Tenant ID, click the Tutorial button and follow Microsoft's instructions.

When selecting in the Type field the provider tatodesk:
In the field Email, enter the name of the address that will be used; the system will automatically associate the domain @mail.tatodesk.com.
In the field Title (optional), enter the name that will be displayed to the recipient as the sender.

When selecting in the Type field the provider tatodesk-services:
In the field Email, enter the desired address, which will be automatically associated with the domain @tatodesk.services.
In the field Title (optional), set the name that will be displayed to the recipient as the email sender.
Edit Outgoing Email

Access the Outgoing Email Configuration.
In the listing, locate the desired email and click the edit.
On the Edit Outgoing Email, view the Type provider configured.
In the field Email, check or adjust the configured address, as permitted by the provider.
Use the Active button to enable or disable the outgoing email.
