Additional information

Manage custom fields to record additional information in in-person support cases.

Additional information fields are custom fields used to record complementary data during in-person service, such as CPF, customer name, or protocol number. These fields can be free-text or contain predefined values for selection.

To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Registration / Additional Information, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Additional Information List

The main page displays all registered additional information, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Each row in the list presents the following information:

  • Key — unique field identifier, used internally by the platform.

  • Description — readable name of the field displayed during service.

  • Active — green icon indicates that the field is active and available for use.

  • Predefined values — icon green indicates that the field has predefined values for selection; icon red indicates free-text entry.

The available actions in the Action column are:

  • Edit () — opens the edit form for the additional information.

  • Delete () — permanently removes the additional information.

To create a new additional information item, click the New button at the top of the page.


Add Additional Information

When clicking on New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Fill in the fields below:

  • Key — unique field identifier, without spaces or special characters (e.g., PROTOCOL, CPF, NAME).

  • Description — descriptive name of the field that will be displayed during service.

  • Allow predefined values — button that, when enabled, displays an additional field to register the values that can be selected during service, as shown in Figure 4 below.

When the option Allow predefined values is active, enter each value in the Predefined value for the additional information field and click the + button to add it to the list. Repeat the process to include as many values as needed.

After filling in the fields, click Confirm to save.


Edit Additional Information

When clicking the edit icon of an existing additional information item, the edit page is displayed, as shown in Figure 5 below:

In addition to the creation fields, editing displays:

  • ID — numeric identifier automatically generated by the platform, with an option to copy it using the icon beside it.

  • Active — toggle that enables or disables the field. Inactive additional information items are not available for use in service.

Attention: The name of the Key cannot be changed after the field is created.

After making the changes, click on Confirm to save.
