Labels
Manage labels to classify and organize in-person support cases, making it easier to triage, track, and analyze requests.
Tags are colored markers used to classify and organize in-person appointments. They can be applied during the appointment to quickly identify the type of request, facilitating triage, follow-up, and analysis of the appointments performed.
To access, go to Appointment / In-Person Appointment / Tags, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Tag List
The main page displays all registered tags, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Each row in the list shows the following information:
Name — tag name.
Description — descriptive text about the tag.
Color — colored circle that visually represents the tag.
Active — indicates with a green icon whether the tag is active.
The actions available in the Action column are:
Edit (
) — opens the tag editing form.Delete (
) — permanently removes the tag.
To create a new tag, click the New button at the top of the page. To find specific tags, use the Filters.
Filters
When clicking on Filters, a modal is displayed with the option to search by tag name, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Select the desired tag in the Tags field and click Filter to apply it. Click Cancel to close the modal without applying filters.
Add Tag
When clicking on New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 4 below:

Fill in the fields below:
Name — tag name.
Color — click the colored circle next to the field Name to open the color picker. You can choose the color by dragging the cursor over the color panel, using the hue slider, or entering the RGB values manually.
Description — descriptive text about the tag.
After filling in the fields, click Confirm to save.
Edit Tag
When clicking the edit icon of an existing tag, the editing page is displayed, as shown in Figure 5 below:

In addition to the creation fields, the editing screen shows:
ID — numeric identifier automatically generated by the platform, with an option to copy it using the icon next to it.
Active — button that activates or deactivates the tag. Inactive tags are not available for use in appointments.
After making the changes, click on Confirm to save.
