The Attendance Volume Dashboard presents charts that allow analyzing the number of completed and not completed attendances over time, distributed by hour, day, month and year.
To access, go to Attendance / In-Person Attendance / Dashboards / Attendance Volume, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Chart Actions
Each chart on the page has four action icons in the upper right corner, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Hide / Show — hides or displays the chart on the screen.
Maximize — expands the chart to occupy the entire screen, making detailed analysis easier.
Filters — opens filtering options specific to that chart, such as period, unit or region.
Download — allows exporting the chart in SVG or PNG formats or the data in CSV.

Daily Attendance Volume
Stacked bar chart that displays, by time slot of the day, the percentage of Completed and Not Completed attendances. Allows identifying the times of highest and lowest completion rates throughout the day.

Monthly Attendance Volume
Stacked bar chart that displays, for each day of the selected month, the percentage of Completed and Not Completed attendances. Allows monitoring the daily variation of the completion rate within the month.

Annual Attendance Volume
Stacked bar chart that displays, by month of the year, the percentage of Completed and Not Completed attendances. Allows comparing performance between the months of the year.

Monthly Attendance Volume - (Heat Map)
Heat map that crosses the days of the month (vertical axis) with the time slots (horizontal axis), showing the absolute volume of attendances in each cell. The more intense the red color, the higher the attendance volume at that time and day. Allows precisely identifying demand peaks throughout the month.

Heat map that crosses the months of the year (vertical axis) with the time slots (horizontal axis), showing the absolute volume of attendances in each cell. Allows identifying in which months and times demand is most concentrated throughout the year.
