Link user to support unit

The Link User to Support Units screen allows you to define in which units a user will be able to operate on the platform.

How to Access

Access: Service/ In-Person Service/ Link user to service unit.

Screen features

  • Users: Field to select the user who will receive the links.

  • List of Service Units: Displays the units available for linking.

  • Activation keys (button): Allow enabling or disabling the user's link to each unit individually or globally.

  • Action (list icon): Available on the unit to access/configure details related to the link (when applicable).

How to use

  1. Select the user in the corresponding field.

  2. Activate the desired units using the buttons.

  3. Click Link to save the settings.

Action - Pipeline Steps

Unit action button, used to access and configure the pipeline steps linked to the user.

In the figure below, the side Steps that appears when you click the list/steps It is used to define which pipeline steps will be available to the user within that unit.

In this feature you define which pipeline steps will be available for this link (e.g.: Screening and Service). To apply, finish by Save and confirm on the main screen.

In summary, this feature allows you to simply define which service units and steps each user will be able to access on the platform.
