Magic form

1 are previously configured forms that automate ticket creation and routing, making it easier for users to submit requests.

Magic forms help standardize requests, speed up service, and ensure that the ticket is created with the correct information from the start.

Magic Forms List

The screen displays all registered magic forms, organized into the following columns:

  • Name;

  • Description;

  • Active: Only active forms can be accessed and used;

  • Action

    • View: allows viewing the form;

    • Edit;

    • Delete.

New Magic Form

This screen allows registering a new Magic Form, used to automate the creation of tickets from public or internal forms.

Form information:

  • Image;

  • Title: Required field;

  • Description: Field intended to describe the purpose of the form and guide the user about the type of request that can be submitted.

  • Fields to link:

At this stage the linking rules of the magic form are defined, determining where and how the generated tickets will be routed within the platform.

Proper configuration of these links ensures that tickets are created automatically in the correct context, reducing errors and speeding up service.
