Always end your day in the Workspace and log out of the platform to avoid issues such as increased AHT and management problems.
However, if you do not log out of the platform your user is automatically disconnected in approximately twenty-four hours.
Attention: if you only log out of the platform without ending your workday in the Workspace, you will remain as if you were logged in.
