Link User to Dashboard
Link users to specific dashboards appropriate to their profile.
Here you link custom dashboards for each user, ensuring that each person sees the indicators appropriate to their profile without having to search for or create their own views.

Linking Strategies
1. By Job / Role
Recommended when the user's responsibilities define which information they need to view.
Usage examples:
Supervisors: real-time metrics, SLA, team performance.
Quality Analysts: ratings, sentiments, satisfaction indicators.
Managers: strategic indicators, overall volume, monthly evolution.
Coordinators: daily operation, distribution by channel or queue.
2. By Department
Useful when each area of activity has its own objectives and metrics.
Examples:
Commercial: opportunity volume, conversion rate, response time.
Support / Customer Service: average handling time, resolution rate, waiting queue.
Quality: customer satisfaction, ratings, feedback and sentiment analysis.
3. By Access Level / Hierarchy
Ideal for organizing the view according to the user's autonomy and decision-making.
Operational (Agents)
Simplified dashboards
Individual performance
Tactical (Supervisors / Coordinators)
Team dashboards
Day-to-day management
Strategic (Managers / Directors)
Executive dashboards
Macro indicators and results
Use Cases
Linking dashboards is especially useful for:
Facilitating the onboarding of new users — the user already logs in with ready views, reducing doubts and the need for support.
Centralized management and mass updates — an administrator defines what each profile sees and any change is reflected in all automatically.
Visual access control and interface simplification — limits unnecessary dashboards, leaving only what is relevant for each profile.
Distinct work contexts — it is possible to link multiple dashboards to the same user for different routines (daily, weekly, by project or client).
