Blocked emails

Shows the list of messages that were prevented from entering the system based on the configured blocking rules and phrases.

Here, you can track which emails were blocked, understand the reason for the block, and view information such as sender, recipient, subject, applied rule, and date of the event.

Screen features

  • View blocked emails Check all messages that were not processed by the system due to blocking rules.

  • Filter results Use the Filters to refine the listing by period or other available criteria.

  • Export information Export the list of blocked emails using the Export.

  • View details Access information for each blocked email via the action available in Action.

Access the blocked email via the action available in the listing, allowing you to view the full content of the message.

Allow the analysis and auditing of blocked emails, provides transparency about messages blocked by the feature and helps validate the configured blocking rules.

Filter Blocked Emails

The Filter modal allows refining the listing of blocked emails, making it easier to locate specific messages according to the selected criteria.

Filter fields

  • Period Defines the date range for displaying blocked emails.

  • Blocking Rules Allows selecting one or more rules that were responsible for blocking the messages.

  • Rule Filters based on the entered rule.

  • From Allows filtering by the sender's address.

  • To Allows filtering by the recipient's address.

Export

The modal Export allows sending by email the list of information displayed on the screen, according to the applied filters.

  1. In the field Email, provide the recipient's email address that will receive the file.

  2. Choose the export format desired:

    • CSV: recommended for analysis in spreadsheets;

    • PDF: recommended for viewing or sharing.

  3. Click Export to start sending the file.

  4. To cancel the action, click Cancel or close the modal.

The file will be generated based on the filtered data and sent to the provided email, facilitating sharing and analysis of the information.
