My dashboards
This is the system area where the user accesses customized indicator charts, available according to their profile and permissions.
The My dashboards area is used to view, in a single place, relevant data and metrics of the operation, such as service performance, evaluations, volume by channel, team productivity and other strategic indicators.
In a practical way, the My Dashboards allows:
track results in real time or by period;
analyze data visually (charts and indicators);
support decision making;
monitor service performance according to the user's role (e.g.: supervisor, manager, analyst).
Each dashboard gathers specific information, facilitating the monitoring and management of the service process.
Viewing My dashboards
The My dashboard of Operational Report presents operational service indicators, allowing monitoring of team performance based on metrics calculated from the services recorded in the system.
Regardless of the metrics that were configured in the Dashboards, the data is displayed in chart format and can be filtered according to criteria defined by the user, enabling analyses by period, channel or other available cuts. Each chart represents a specific indicator, making it easier to visualize trends, averages and variations over time.
This screen aims to support operation monitoring, productivity assessment and the identification of improvement opportunities in service processes, regardless of the type of indicator presented.
Filter
The Filter modal allows refining the data displayed on the screen, enabling more precise analyses according to criteria defined by the user.
Through this feature, it is possible to limit the results by period, users, departments and other available parameters, ensuring that the information presented reflects exactly the desired slice.
After applying the filter, all charts and indicators on the screen are automatically updated based on the selected criteria.
Chart actions
The icons located in the top corner of the chart allow controlling the component's view and behavior:
Hide/Show chart (👁️) Allows temporarily hiding the chart from the screen without removing it from the dashboard.
Expand chart (⛶) Enlarges the chart for better viewing, facilitating data analysis.
Chart filter ( funnel) Opens specific filter options to refine the data displayed in that chart.
Options menu (≡) Displays available download type actions.
These actions allow greater flexibility in data analysis, adapting the view according to the user's needs.
