Link users to departments

Link users to marketing departments and control who can create and send campaigns by department.

Here you link users to the registered marketing departments here, ensuring access control and operational organization.

How to Access

Access: Marketing / Settings / Link users to departments, as shown in the Figure 1:

Select the desired user, enable the necessary departments and save the link.

How it works:

  • Click the field Users and select the desired user

  • Enable one or more departments using the toggle button

    • Purple: active

    • Gray: inactive

  • Click Link to save the changes

Attention: changes are only saved after clicking Link.


For the User

A user linked to a department can:

  • Create campaigns using that department

  • Use the department's sending quota

  • Access templates associated with the department

  • View reports of that department's campaigns


Use Cases

Case 1: User with Multiple Accesses

Profile: Marketing Coordinator

Linking: Departments Marketing, Sales and Relationship

Use: Manages campaigns of different natures, choosing the appropriate department for each type of communication.

Case 3: Shared Management

Situation: Three analysts linked to the same department Digital Marketing

Dynamics: All share the quota of 10,000 monthly sends, being able to create campaigns independently until the limit is reached.
