Register templates approved by Meta, create departments, and access general Marketing settings and everything else that ensures the proper functioning of your campaigns

The Marketing menu viewed in Figure 1 contains:

1) Templates - here you register on the platform the templates approved by Meta.

2) WhatsApp Templates - here you create template models for WhatsApp and submit them for Meta approval.

3) Email Templates - here you create template models for communication blasts via email.

4) Departments - here you create and manage departments linked to marketing campaigns.

5) Link Users to Departments - here you link users to the Marketing departments created.

6) General Settings - here you define the settings of Marketing campaigns in general, indicating mandatory fields and event logging.

7) Metadatas - here you register custom metadata to enrich your campaign with information.

8) Additional Information - here you create additional information that better organizes and identifies your campaigns.

9) Legacy Marketing -
