General Settings

Define general settings for Marketing campaigns, indicating mandatory fields and event recording.

Here you enable and disable settings that affect the overall operation of Marketing.

How to Access

Access: Marketing / Settings / General Settings, as shown in Figure 1:

Available Settings

1. Department required when creating the campaign

Description:

This setting conditions the creation of the campaign (see here) on the selection of the departments linked to the user here.

When to enable:

Enable this setting when you want to ensure that all campaigns are associated with a specific department, facilitating:

  • Quota control by department

  • Organization of campaigns by area

  • Reports segmented by department

  • Traceability of resource usage

When to disable:

Disable if you only have one department registered in Marketing.


2. Department required when creating a single notification

Description:

This setting conditions the department information when creating a single notification here.

When to enable:

Enable this setting when you want to ensure that all single notifications (one-time and direct sends) are linked to departments, providing:

  • Quota control even for single sends

  • Complete organization of all types of sending

  • Full traceability of communications

When to disable:

Disable if you only have one department registered in Marketing.


3. Log event in campaign notification

Description:

This setting allows the logging of events in the campaign notification.

When to enable:

Enable this setting when you need detailed logging of events related to campaign notifications. Useful for:

  • Complete send auditing

  • Identification of delivery issues

  • Detailed performance analysis

  • Compliance and traceability

  • Identification of failures or errors

When to disable:

We do not recommend disabling.


How to Configure

Step 1: Enable or Disable Settings

For each setting:

  1. Locate the desired setting

  2. Click the toggle button on the right side

  3. The button turns purple/active when the setting is enabled

  4. The button turns gray/inactive when the setting is disabled

  5. You can enable or disable multiple settings

Step 2: Save Settings

After enabling or disabling the desired settings:

  1. Click the Confirm button at the bottom of the page

  2. The settings will be saved and applied immediately

  3. The system will confirm that the changes have been saved

Attention: Changes only take effect after clicking Confirm. If you leave the page without confirming, the changes are not saved.
