Menu of features related to tato's virtual attendants
In Power /Chatbot you access all features related to creating, maintaining and managing the virtual attendants created on the platform.

The features available at the path above are:
Chatbots - where you yourself create and maintain the bots existing in your account.
Journeys - where you create journeys that map accesses to the flows of the bots you created.
Additional information - where you create additional information for the bots you created. Information that can be passed to human handover, for example.
Tags - where you create the tags with which you will map your Journeys mapped.
Conversation Report - where you access the report with the conversations between the bot and your customers. These conversations are separated by session, which correspond to the interactions of a given customer within the 24 hours defined by Meta.
Conversation Evaluation Report - where you access the report with the evaluations of the conversations.
Sessions Dashboards - where you view the charts of the sessions created, divided by daily, monthly and yearly sessions, by channel.
Session Volume Dashboards - where you view the chart of session volume by day, month and year.
Evaluations Dashboards - where you view the chart of session evaluations by day, month, year and by tags.
Legacy Conversations - where you search the conversations saved from previous versions of tato.
Legacy Journeys - where you search the journeys saved from previous versions of tato.
Special Permissions - where the manager defines each user's permissions; permissions related to Chatbot.
