How Tags Are Used
In Chatbot Flows
Tags are inserted into flows through the component Journey Tag, marking specific points of the user's journey.
Example of use:
User starts conversation → Tag: START
Chooses to check boleto → Tag: CONSULTA_BOLETO
Requests second copy → Tag: SEGUNDA_VIA
Ends service → Tag: CONCLUSION
In Reports
Tags allow:
Identify the most traveled paths by users
Measure how many users reach each step
Detect abandonment points in the flow
Analyze the effectiveness of each menu option
In Service Analysis
With tags you can:
Filter services by specific journey
Group similar conversations
Identify behavior patterns
Qualify types of requests
Use Cases
Tags are especially useful for:
Journey mapping - visualize which paths users go through from the start to the completion of the interaction.
Conversion analysis - measure how many users who start a specific flow reach the desired end.
Bottleneck identification - detect points where there is abandonment or difficulty navigating the bot.
Flow optimization - decide which paths to keep, modify or remove based on actual usage.
Campaign measurement - evaluate the effectiveness of specific campaigns through dedicated tags.
