Companies

Allows viewing and managing companies registered on the platform.

How to Access

Access: Service/ In-Person Service/ Companies.

On the functionality's home screen, by clicking the Newbutton, it is possible to register a new company.

In the listing, the following information is displayed:

• Name: Identification of the registered company.

• Active: Indicates whether the company is enabled for use on the platform.

Through the Actioncolumn, it is possible to:

• Edit

• Delete.

New Company

The Add Company screen allows registering a new company on the platform.

To complete the registration, it is necessary to fill in the following field:

• Name: Provide the identification of the company to be registered.

After filling it in, click Confirm to complete the registration.

Edit Company

The Edit Company allows modifying the information of a company previously registered on the platform.

In it you can:

• View the Company ID (with option to copy);

• Change the company name;

• Set whether the company will be enabled or not for use on the platform via the "Active" button.

Deactivating a company may impact the association with linked Service Units.
