Here you access the various in-person data reports: by unit, agent, attendants' working time, emergency alarms, and appointments.

1) Service Report - here you see the complete history of in-person services performed on the platform.

2) Service Report by Service Unit - here you access and manage the history of in-person services grouped by service unit.

3) Agent Service Report - here you view and manage the history of in-person services performed by you.

4) Work Time Report - here you access the report of the attendants' worked days.

5) Emergency Alarms - here you access the report of the registered emergency alarms here of your service unit.
