How the Alarm System Works
1. Prior Configuration
Before using the alarm system, you must configure the responsible parties who will receive notifications:
Configuration Location:
Service / In-Person Service / Emergency Alarm Settings
Required Data:
Phone number of the responsible parties or E-mail
Without this configuration, the system does not notify anyone in case of emergency.
2. Triggering During Service
When to use:
Any emergency that requires immediate intervention, as defined by the account managers.
How to trigger:
During the in-person service, locate the button Emergency Alarm here
The system automatically records date, time, unit, shift and counter
Notifications are sent immediately to the registered responsible parties
3. Notification of Responsible Parties
Notification channels:
SMS to registered numbers
E-mail to registered addresses
Information sent:
Date and time of the trigger
Unit where it occurred
Specific counter
Shift of the day
4. Action by Responsible Parties
Upon receiving the notification, the responsible party must:
Assess the severity of the situation
Decide on appropriate measures:
Call the police (190)
Call the firefighters (193)
Call SAMU (192)
Call internal security
Other measures according to protocol
After resolving, mark the alarm as handled
