Email templates

The Email Templates screen provides the message templates used in the system's automatic communications.

Organized by ticket status, templates can be configured for the states Open, Transferred and Completed, ensuring standardization and speed in sending notifications.

The Email Templates edit screen allows you to create and customize the message templates automatically sent by the ticket. The visual editor enables the inclusion and arrangement of content blocks, such as text, images, buttons and HTML, as well as a real-time preview of the final layout before publishing.
