The General Settings screen allows defining global operating parameters of the platform for tickets.
In this section we define the default outbound email used in communications and the enabling of automatic feedback requests at the end of service sessions.

In the field Outbound Email, select the address that will be used as the default sender in system communications.
Enable or disable the option Request feedback upon service completion according to the organization’s needs.
The deletion of information in the Ticket Settings fields, such as the outbound email, can affect other ticket functionalities, such as sending messages via inbox. Check more details by clicking here.
