Ticket report by department

Report with access only to tickets of the department you are related to, with custom filters and export of specific reports.

Reports List

The screen of Tickets Report by Department displays a complete list of the service records registered in the system, allowing the user to consult protocols, apply filters and export data from reports linked to the same departments to which the user is assigned.

The filters remain the same as on the Tickets Report screen, as does the way to export the report, check here!
