Link features to users and control their access beyond the profile
If you have a user linked to a access profile and want to enable a feature only for them and not for the other users linked to the same profile, go to: Settings > Security > Link features to users.

Now, select the desired user, check the desired features and don't forget to click Confirm, as shown in Figure 2:

And don't forget: the action above is to enable specific features that are not in the access profile of the user in question.
