Register all platform users right now!
This is where you create and edit platform users, as well as search the records using filters. Click the topics below to navigate the subject more quickly:
Registering Users
Register users via the path Settings / Security / User as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 1: Registering Users.
See above that we:
a) Clicked on Settings and Security.
b) In the side panel, we selected the option Users.
c) Then, we clicked on Create User.
Next, we provide the first name, last name, email and the password, confirming the password. These are the required fields. After filling in the required fields, we click Confirm to finish.
See now in Figure 2 the detailed description of each field:

Figure 2: Filled Fields.
1) First Name - Enter the user's first name.
Attention: if in General Settings the option Send attendant name, in WhatsApp interactions the attendant will be identified by the name entered in this field.
2) Last Name - enter the user's last name.
3) Email - enter a valid login email. Attention: the email must be used by the user, in case they need to reset the password.
4) Login Expiration Date - optional field that sets a date for the login to automatically expire on the platform.
5) External Identifier - optional field where you record an identifier external to the platform for the user's identification. Example: the user's employee number in your company's system.
Attention: this identifier will not appear in any other platform report, only in the registered users filter, as shown in Figure 3 below.
6) Password - enter an access password for the user.
7) Confirm Password - confirm the entered password.
8) Platforms - optional field where you register the platforms (features) that the user has access to.
Attention: access is not configured here, but in Link User to Access Profile.
9) Tags - optional field where you add tags registered in here. Tagging the user makes it easier to search for them in the report based on the group defined by the tag.
Example: Billing (a tag that defines the user's service group).
Using the Filters
Go to the Users screen in the system.
At the top of the users list, click the Filter.
In the panel that will be displayed, select the desired criteria (for example: status, platforms, tags, etc.).
After choosing the filters, confirm the selection.
The users list will be updated automatically, displaying only the records that match the applied filter.

Figure 3: User Report Filters.
Exporting the user report
Above, on the Usersscreen, next to Filter, there is the option Export, where you export the entire result of the users filter and send it by email in CSV or PDF formats.

Enter the email to which the file will be sent.
Select the CSV or PDF format.
Click Export.
Actions
Beside each user in the report we have the column Action (Figure 3). In it there are four options, Reset password, Edit User, Activate/Deactivate User and Log out User.

Reset password: use this option to reset the user's password.
Edit user: allows you to change the information of an already registered user, such as name, email, platforms, etc.
Activate/deactivate user: allows enabling or disabling a user's access to the platform.
Log out user: ends a user's active session on the platform.
