Single Notifications Report

Track and analyze all single notifications sent, with delivery details, status and message content.

Here you view the complete history of one-off notifications (sends to a single person) performed.

Unlike mass send campaigns, one-off notifications are individual contacts, ideal for personalized communications. Check delivery status, access the sent content, and track each message.

How to Access

Access: Marketing / Campaigns / One-off Notifications Report, as shown in Figure 1:

Main Screen

If the main screen appears without data as above, it is because the service selected in has no data.

Below we have the loaded screen:

Above we have the table with all sent one-off notifications, organized in descending chronological order.

Available Buttons

  • Filters: Filters notifications by period, service, department, user and template

  • Export: Exports the report in CSV or PDF format


Table Information

The notifications table contains the following columns:

Phone number or recipient identifier

Department

Service type and department (example: SMS - Sales)

Date

Date and time when the notification was sent

Template

Name of the template used in the message

User

Name of the user who sent the notification

API Key

Technical identifier of the message

Delivered

Visual delivery indicator (green ✓ or red ✗)

Read

Visual read indicator (green ✓ or red ✗)

Filter Notifications

The button Filters allows refining the view of notifications.

Filter Fields

Key:

  • Free text field

  • Allows searching for a specific phone number

Period:

  • Start date field (format: DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM)

  • End date field (format: DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM)

  • Defines the date range to view notifications sent in the period

Service:

  • Selection field

  • Filters by type of service used for sending

  • Options: SMS, WhatsApp, E-mail.

Departments:

  • Multiple selection field

  • Filters by specific departments

API Key:

  • Multiple selection field

  • Filters by specific technical identifier

Users:

  • Multiple selection field

  • Filters by users who sent the notifications

  • Allows viewing sends from specific people

Templates:

  • Multiple selection field

  • Filters by templates used

  • Useful to evaluate the performance of specific messages

How to Apply Filters

  1. Click the button Filters

  2. Fill in the desired fields

  3. Click Filter to apply

  4. Or click Cancel to close the screen without applying

Results will be updated according to the selected filters.


Export Report

The button Export allows generating reports for external analysis.

How to Export

  1. Click the button Export

  2. The system will display the user's destination address by default, which can be changed

  3. Choose the desired format:

    • CSV: For analysis in spreadsheets

    • PDF: For printing or presentation

  4. Click Export to confirm

  5. Or click Cancel to close

The file will be sent to the configured address, including only the notifications visible after applying filters.


View Status Record

In the column Actions, each notification has the icon . By clicking it, you access the side panel Status Record.

Screen: Status Record

Here we see the status history of a notification, presenting each sending stage in chronological order.

Title

Displays the identifier of the selected notification, allowing unique identification of the send.

Date

Date and time when each status event occurred.

Status

Situation of the notification at the recorded moment (e.g.: Sent to carrier, Delivered), with visual indication by colors.

Metadatas

Option to show or hide additional technical information related to the notification send. See more about metadatas here.


View Message Content

In the column Actions each notification has a chat/conversation. By clicking it, you access the side panel Content.

Difference between One-off Notifications and Campaigns

One-off Notifications

Location: Marketing / Campaigns / One-off Notifications Report

Characteristics:

  • Individual sends

  • Fast and direct

  • Do not require complex configuration

  • Ideal for urgent communications

When to use:

  • Personalized messages

  • Urgent communications

  • Individual follow-ups

  • One-off notices

Campaigns

Location: Marketing / Campaigns / Campaign Report

Characteristics:

  • Structured and planned sends

  • For multiple recipients

  • Require audience configuration

  • Detailed statistical analyses

When to use:

  • Mass marketing actions

  • Planned communications

  • Audience segmentation

  • Performance analyses
