Service grid

Manage the service grids that define the counters, shifts, and service types available at each in-person unit.

Service queues organize how services are distributed across in-person service units, allowing you to define which counters operate in each shift and which types of service are available to users.

To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Registration / Service Queues, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Figure 1: Path to Service Queues.

Queue List

The main page displays all registered service queues, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Figure 2: Service Queue List.

Each row in the list shows the Description of the queue and the following actions available in the Action:

  • Edit () — opens the queue editing form.

  • Delete () — permanently removes the queue.

To create a new queue, click the New button at the top of the page.

Add Service Queue

When you click New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Figure 3: Service Queue creation form.

Fill in the fields below to register a new queue:

  • Description — identifier name of the service queue.

Then, configure the counters that will be part of the queue in the Counters:

  • Company — company to which the counter belongs.

  • Shift — operating shift of the counter. The available options are: Morning, Afternoon, Night and Full day.

  • Type — type of the counter. The available options are: Telephony, Virtual Room and In Person.

  • Number of Counters — number of counters to be created with this configuration.

After filling in the fields, click the bell icon to add the counters to the list. Click Confirm to save the queue.

Edit Service Queue

When you click the edit icon of an existing queue, the edit page is displayed, as shown in Figure 4 below:

Figure 4: Service Queue editing form.

Editing a service queue follows the same pattern as creating one, allowing you to change the company, counters, shifts, service types, link services and users as needed.

After making the changes, click Confirm to save.

When creating or editing a queue, each counter presents three actions in the “Action”.

  • Link Service Type () — opens a modal to select which service types will be accepted by that counter, as shown in Figure 5 below.

  • Link User () — opens a modal to associate a responsible user with the counter, as shown in Figure 6 below.

  • Remove () — removes the counter from the queue.

When you click the list icon of a counter, the modal Link Service Type is displayed, as shown in Figure 5 below:

Figure 5: Service Type Linking Modal.

The service types are displayed grouped by category. Select the desired types by clicking on them — the selected ones are highlighted — and click Confirm to save or Cancel to discard.

When you click the person icon of a counter, the modal Link User is displayed, as shown in Figure 6 below:

Figure 6: User Linking Modal.

Select the desired user in the Users and click on Confirm to save or Cancel to discard.
