Service grid monitoring

View and manage counter availability by day and time, and make appointments directly through the grid.

On this page, you can visually track the service schedule, checking the availability of counters by day and time. In addition, you can schedule appointments directly through the grid, making it easier to organize and manage service appointments. The settings for these grids are defined on the page Service Schedule Grid.

To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Service Schedule Tracking, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Filters

Before viewing the grid, it is necessary to apply the filters available at the top of the page, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Figure 2: Page filters.

  • Start Date / End Date — defines the date range to be displayed in the grid.

  • Company — selects the desired company.

  • Service Unit — selects the unit whose counters will be displayed.

After filling in the fields, click Filter to load the grid.

The Service Schedule Grid

After applying the filters, the grid is displayed with the times in the rows and the days of the week in the columns, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Figure 3: Service Schedule Grid with counters and availability.

Each cell in the grid represents a time on a given day and displays a button indicating the occupancy of the counters at that moment. There are two types of button:

  • Availability indicator () — indicates that service is open on that day and time. The number shows how many counters are occupied in relation to the total available. Click it to view the counters and schedule an appointment.

  • Unavailability indicator () — indicates that service is closed on that day, and it is not possible to make regular appointments.

Grid settings: By default, it is possible to schedule appointments up to 7 days in advance from the current date. There is also a minimum advance time of 30 minutes in relation to the current time for an appointment to be made. Both settings can be adjusted in Service / In-Person Service / General Settings.

Scheduling by Counter

When clicking on the Availability indicator, a panel opens with the counters available for that day and time, as shown in Figure 4 below:

Figure 4: Panel of available counters for the selected time.

Each counter is listed with its name and a label indicating its status:

  • Free — counter available for scheduling.

  • Occupied — counter unavailable for scheduling.

When clicking the three dots next to a free counter, the option appears Schedule Service. Click it to start scheduling at that counter, day, and time.

Schedule One-Off Service

The button Schedule One-Off Service, located next to the button Filter, is used for special cases in which it is necessary to register an appointment outside the usual grid rules, as shown in Figure 5 below:

Figure 5: One-Off Scheduling Form.

Unlike regular scheduling, one-off service can be scheduled on any date and time, regardless of whether the day is closed in the grid or of advance notice restrictions.

After filling in the form fields, click Schedule to confirm or Cancel to discard.
