Appointment ratings
View the ratings registered by customers for in-person appointments.
The Appointment Reviews Dashboard presents charts that allow analyzing the ratings given by customers and the success rate of the reviews, from daily, monthly and annual perspectives.
To access, go to Service / In-Person Service / Dashboards / Appointment Reviews, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Chart Actions
Each chart on the page has four action icons in the upper right corner, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Hide / Show — hides or displays the chart on the screen.
Maximize — expands the chart to occupy the entire screen, making detailed analysis easier.
Filters — opens filtering options specific to that chart, such as period, unit or region.
Download — allows exporting the chart in SVG or PNG formats or the data in CSV.
Available Charts
Reviews by Day (Appointment)
Bar chart that displays the quantity and percentage of reviews recorded by rating in the selected period. The available ratings are: Terrible, Bad, Fair, Good and Excellent.

Daily Success Rate of Reviews (Appointment)
Bar chart that shows, by day, the percentage of Positively Reviewed Services in relation to the total Reviewed Services. It allows identifying days with drops or increases in customer satisfaction in appointments.

Bar chart that shows, by month of the year, the percentage of services rated positively in relation to the total services reviewed in appointments. It allows identifying the months in which the proportion of positive reviews was higher or lower throughout the year.
