Blocked times
Manage blocked time intervals that can be activated in support units.
On this page, you can configure blocked time slots to control the availability of appointments at service units. These blocks are useful for setting operational breaks, such as lunch hours or specific periods when there should be no service, ensuring better schedule organization.
To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Blocked Schedules, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Blocked Schedules List
The main page displays all registered blocked schedules, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Each row in the list presents the following information:
Description — identifier name of the alternative schedule.
Active — indicates with a green icon whether the alternative schedule is active.
The actions available in the Action column are:
Edit (
) — opens the alternative schedule editing form.Delete (
) — permanently removes the alternative schedule.
To create a new alternative schedule, click the New button at the top of the page.
Add Blocked Schedule
When clicking on New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Fill in the fields below:
Description — identifier name of the blocked schedule (e.g.: "Lunch", "Break").
Start Time — start time of the block in HH:MM format.
End Time — end time of the block in HH:MM format.
After filling in the desired interval, click the "+" (
to add it to the list. It is possible to register multiple blocking intervals for the same record. The added intervals are displayed in the table below, with the option to remove them individually using the trash icon in the Action.
After configuring the desired intervals, click Confirm to save.
Edit Blocked Schedule
When clicking the edit icon of an existing blocked schedule, the editing page is displayed, as shown in Figure 4 below:

In addition to the fields for Description and adding new intervals, the editing also provides the field:
Active — Button that activates or deactivates the blocked schedule. When activated in a service unit, the intervals registered here prevent appointments at those times, overriding the standard schedule times of that unit's service grid.
After making the changes, click Confirm to save.
Attention: For a blocked schedule to take effect in a unit, it must be linked and activated in the settings of the respective Service Unit.
