Blocking schedule

Manage blocking schedules that can be activated in support units to block specific days and times from the support schedule.

On this page, you can configure block schedules to define specific periods when there will be no service at the units. These schedules allow you to block days and times in a planned way, which is useful for holidays, maintenance, or other situations that require the schedule to be unavailable.

To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Block Schedules, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Figure 1: Path to Block Schedules.

Block Schedule List

The main page displays all registered block schedules, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Figure 2: Block Schedule List.

Each row in the list shows the following information:

  • Description — identifying name of the block schedule.

  • Active — indicates with a green icon whether the schedule is active.

The actions available in the Action column are:

  • Edit () — opens the schedule editing form.

  • Delete () — permanently removes the schedule.

To create a new schedule, click the New button at the top of the page.

Add Block Schedule

When you click New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Figure 3: Block Schedule creation form.

Fill in the fields below to register the dates and times to be blocked:

  • Description — identifying name of the schedule (e.g.: "Christmas").

  • Date — specific date to be blocked in the DD/MM/YYYY format.

  • Start Time — block start time in the HH:MM format.

  • End Time — block end time in the HH:MM format.

  • Note — optional field to record a note about the block (e.g.: "Holiday", "Break").

After filling in the fields, click the button "+" () to add the entry to the list. It is possible to register multiple dates within the same schedule. The added entries become visible in the table and can be removed individually by the trash icon in the Action.

After configuring all desired dates, click Confirm to save.

Edit Block Schedule

When you click the edit icon of an existing schedule, the editing page is displayed, as shown in Figure 4 below:

Figure 4: Block Schedule editing form.

In addition to the fields for Description and adding new dates, the editing screen provides the field:

  • Active — Button that activates or deactivates the block schedule. When activated in a service unit, the registered dates and times block the corresponding appointments in that unit's schedule grid.

The table of registered entries displays the columns Date, Start Time, End Time and Note, with the option to remove each entry individually.

After making the changes, click Confirm to save.

Attention: For a block schedule to take effect in a unit, it must be linked and activated in the settings of the respective Service Unit.
