Profile

Manage in-person support profiles.

On this page, you can configure and manage in-person service profiles, defining how customers access and make their appointments. Each profile allows you to provide a public link through which appointments can be scheduled, checked, canceled, or updated in a practical way.

Use this page to configure service profiles and provide public links for customers to schedule and manage appointments.

To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Registration / Profiles, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Profile List

The main page displays all registered profiles, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Each row in the list presents the following information:

  • Name — service profile name.

  • Nick — unique profile identifier, used in composing the scheduling link.

The actions available in the Actions column are:

  • Edit () — opens the profile edit form.

  • Delete () — permanently removes the profile.

To create a new profile, click the New button at the top of the page.


Add Profile

When you click New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Fill in the fields below:

  • Profile Image — click the camera icon to upload an image that will be displayed on the public scheduling page.

  • Name — profile name that will be displayed to customers on the scheduling page.

  • Nick — unique profile identifier, without spaces or special characters. It is used to compose the scheduling link in the format https://agendamento.tatodesk.com/presencial/{nick}.

  • Description — descriptive text about the service profile.

After filling in the fields, click Confirm to save.


Edit Profile

When you click the edit icon for an existing profile, the edit page is displayed, as shown in Figure 4 below:

In addition to the creation fields, the edit screen shows the field:

  • Scheduling Link — public URL automatically generated based on the Nick of the profile, in the format https://agendamento.tatodesk.com/presencial/{nick}. Click the copy icon next to the field to copy the link to the clipboard.

After making the changes, click Confirm to save.

Tip: Share the Scheduling Link with customers so they can independently make new appointments, check, cancel, or update existing appointments.
