Support schedule
Manage support schedules that define the booths, shifts, and support types available at each in-person unit.
Service grids organize how appointments are distributed across in-person service units, allowing you to define which counters operate in each shift and which types of service are available to users.
To access it, go to Service / In-Person Service / Service Grids, as shown in Figure 1 below:

Grid List
The main page displays all registered service grids, as shown in Figure 2 below:

Each row in the list shows the Description of the grid and the following actions available in the Action:
Edit (
) — opens the grid editing form.Delete (
) — permanently removes the grid.
To create a new grid, click the New button at the top of the page.
Add Service Grid
When you click New, the creation page is displayed, as shown in Figure 3 below:

Fill in the fields below to register a new grid:
Description — identifier name of the service grid.
Then configure the counters that will be part of the grid in the Counters:
Company — company to which the counter belongs.
Shift — operating shift of the counter. The available options are: Morning, Afternoon, Night and Full day.
Type — type of counter. The available options are: Telephony, Virtual Room and In Person.
Number of Counters — number of counters to be created with this configuration.
After filling in the fields, click the bell icon to add the counters to the list. Click Confirm to save the grid.
Edit Service Grid
When you click the edit icon of an existing grid, the editing page is displayed, as shown in Figure 4 below:

Editing a service grid follows the same pattern as creation, allowing you to change company, counters, shifts, service types, link services and users as needed.
After making the changes, click Confirm to save.
When creating or editing a grid, each counter has three actions in the “Action”.
Link Service Type (
) — opens a modal to select which service types will be accepted by that counter, as shown in Figure 5 below.Link User (
) — opens a modal to associate a responsible user with the counter, as shown in Figure 6 below.Remove (
) — removes the counter from the grid.
Link Service Type to the counter
When you click the list icon of a counter, the modal Link Service Type is displayed, as shown in Figure 5 below:

Service types are displayed grouped by category. Select the desired types by clicking on them — selected ones are highlighted — and click Confirm to save or Cancel to discard.
Link User to the counter
When you click the person icon of a counter, the modal Link User is displayed, as shown in Figure 6 below:

Select the desired user in the Users field and click on Confirm to save or Cancel to discard.
