The feature Automatic Messages allows registering canned responses that can be used automatically during service interactions, optimizing the team's time and ensuring standardization in communication.
In it, it is possible to:
Create new messages;
View the full content of each message;
Edit existing messages according to process or language updates;
Delete messages that are no longer used;
Enable or disable the use of the message.
These messages are useful in recurring situations, such as system instabilities, technical procedures and the start of service.
