Break Categories

This feature allows registering and managing the types of breaks taken by agents during the shift.

In it, it is possible to:

  • Create new categories, such as Bathroom, Snack or Meeting;

  • Enable or disable each category as needed;

  • Edit or delete existing categories.

This setting helps control and categorize agents' breaks, contributing to more efficient management of the team's time.
