The department screen is a user interface that allows users to manage an organization's departments. This screen offers essential functionalities, including the ability to:
Create
Delete
Edit
List
The department is a digital representation of what you physically have in your company. It's like your finance department, for example, but in digital form.
Departments are linked to a service group and to a user, to access these topics click the blue link.
Register a department

You can edit all the data present in the department:
Name;
Maximum number of attendances per agent;
Color.
In addition, you can deactivate it, and reactivate it when necessary.
Next to the edit icon you see the trash can, in case you want to delete this department.
