Departments

The Departments screen displays all departments linked to the projects registered in the system.

Each department belongs to a project and can be selected during ticket creation to refine the categorization of the service. You can view the linked project, the department name, whether it is active or inactive and use the actions of editing or deletion.

New Department

The New button allows creating new departments within a project.

To register a new department, the user must provide the department name and select the project to which it will be linked. After filling in the required fields, click Confirm.

Edit Department

The user can update a department's information. It is possible to change the name, copy the ID for internal reference, and adjust the department's activation status on the platform.
