Organizations

The Organizations screen displays all companies registered in the system, which can be linked to tickets during their creation.

By adding an organization in the ticket form, you define which company that service belongs to.

On this screen you can create new organizations, view existing ones, edit their data or deactivate them as needed.

On this screen the user can register a new organization by entering its name so that it is available when creating tickets.

On this screen you can update the registered organization's information. The user can change the name, copy the ID for internal reference and set whether the organization will be active or inactive.
