Service category

Allows registering and managing service categories, used to classify tickets and organize services within the platform.

The screen displays the registered Service Categories, organized into the following columns:

  • Name;

  • Active: Only active categories can be selected when creating tickets;

  • Action

    • Edit

    • Delete.

This screen allows associate a Service Category with a specific form, defining in which project it will be available and whether it will be active for use.

Fields for creation:

  • Name;

  • Form: Allows selecting the form in which the service category will be displayed;

  • Project: Defines which project the service category will be associated with;

  • Active: Indicates whether the category will be available for completion in the form.
