Service type

This screen allows registering and managing Service Types, used to detail and classify tickets within a Service Category.

Service types help define the reason for contact more precisely and directly influence the flow and routing of the service.

List of service types

The listing shows the registered types with the following information:

  • Service Category: Indicates the category to which the service type belongs;

  • Name;

  • Active: Only active types can be used in tickets;

  • Action

    • Edit;

    • Delete;

    • View: displays the registration details.
